Key Features:
- Search for customer information by customer name, customer number, address, phone, fax, master account number, or bill-to number. Locate customer equipment information by equipment ID, model/serial number, or program type. Look up customer personnel information by person name or phone number.
- Include all customer and equipment records in the search, or exclude temporary customer and equipment records from the search.
- Use single-position (#) and multiple-position (*) wild cards when entering search terms.
- Limit the search results available for display based on the user's level of security access.

- Sort, group, and filter search results using any column or combination of columns in the grid.
- Access a grid containing the following information for each piece of equipment owned by a specific customer: model number, serial number, equipment ID, program type, site, install date, key operator, and three user-defined columns of information.
- Access a grid containing the following information for each meter defined for a specific piece of customer equipment: meter description, meter reading, meter read date, and average monthly usage.
